We are recruiting for a qualified plumber to work on a residential site in Kent .
Duties will involve reactive maintenance to domestic/commercial properties, working on pipe work for heating systems, hot & cold water feeds, drainage & waste, radiators, pumps, valves and associated systems, plus following planned schedules. Ideally the candidate will have at least 3 years experience within a similar role. Furthermore the candidate has a City & Guilds in plumbing.
The right candidate will have a good work ethic, be punctual, can work well in a team/own and be able to use own initiative.
Hours of work are a standard 9.00am to 5.30pm working around 37-40 hour a week, Monday to Friday. They will also be on call out with a £35 call-out bonus and "stand by rate".
