An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Training Officer based across our clients Ware, Stevenage, Beckenham and Greenford sites.
Working in a pharmaceutical environment as part of a dedicated team and reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Coordinating the compilation of training plans for contract staff
· Leading the 4 site administrators to ensure training is coordinated successfully at site level
· Building bespoke training courses where none exist Delivering 1:1 and group training where appropriate
· Leading staff development training to ensure effective retention and succession
· Liaising with the core management team to ensure that training is timely and effective
· Liaising with the EH&S & Compliance Manager to assist in coordination of effective compliance adherence
· Producing a monthly report on training progress against objectives and demands
· Advising and taking an active part in all matters related to the discipline
Minimum Requirements
· Presentable with excellent communication skills
· Results focused
· Professional qualification in the discipline, e.g. CTP or equivalent¨ Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
· Member of an accredited professional body, e.g. CIPD or equivalent
· Experienced in working in a GMP/GLP/GxP regulated environment
