Team Assistant required for Pharmaceutical Business Unit
Based Basildon, Essex. Salary circa 20-23K
Our client is a leading UK health and care information specialist. They publish a range of printed directories, databases and maps. They also produce an innovative online subscription based healthcare reference tool and offer a complete portfolio of marketing services. Our client?s services are designed to facilitate invaluable relationships with both customers and key public sector personnel.
Job Purpose:
To provide support to the Pharmaceutical Business Unit Team, Operations Director and Commercial Director
Main Tasks:
? Assistance in the arrangement and set up for customer related and internal meetings for the Pharmaceutical Business Unit Team
? Administration of proposal and contract management tasks
? Administration of project management systems such as Microsoft Project and internal spreadsheets such as sales pipeline
? Creating invoice instructions
? Producing and/or co-ordinating various management and financial reports
You should be:
? An experienced personal assistant - ideally with project management skills
? A highly organised team player able to communicate with a wide variety of people with confidence
? Ideally experienced in working within a sales team
? Fully competent in MS Office and have the ability to learn new software packages
? Able to multi-task and prioritise several tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner
? Able to produce accurate reports : with intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills
? Based close to our client?s offices in Basildon, Essex
Knowledge of the UK healthcare market would be an advantage.
Package:
Basic Salary 20-23K
25 days holiday per annum, death in service benefit, contributory pension scheme after 1 year service, sports and social committee organising regular events
