Supply Chain Planner : Pharmaceutical Services : Welwyn Garden City - c£32,000 Pension + Private Healthcare

Do you have around 2 years? supply chain experience in pharmaceutical or other fast moving environment?

In this role you will be responsible for administering the manufacturing plan with all bulk and finished product suppliers, ensuring that product availability meets or exceeds target at all times. You will communicate directly with suppliers, attending meetings and visits, and ensuring that good relationships are maintained. You will report regularly to management, especially with regard to any problem areas, and will have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects in the supply chain area. There is scope for further development in due course.

You must around 2 years? broad supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other fast moving environment. Educated to at least A level or equivalent, preferably degree level, you will have outstanding analytical and planning skills, and be able to work under pressure when necessary. You are a good team player, able to build and maintain relationships with other staff and suppliers both over the phone and in person. A working knowledge of French would be a distinct advantage. Occasional travel will be required.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK, as well as be able to travel freely throughout Europe and the US to be considered for this role.
