Senior CRAs and Clinical Project Managers - locations throughout UK and Europe - excellent salary + benefits

This global clinical research organisation continues to expand throughout Europe, Asia and Africa, and the opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced CRAs to develop into management or specialist careers are truly unique.

To be considered for this position, you will currently be working at a Lead CRA or Clinical Project Manager level, and have had recent experience of co-ordinating clinical trials across at least two countries. In this role you will be responsible for the clinical results of the project, and will co-ordinate the activity of a number of CRAs in the project across a number of countries, including many in Europe and Africa, as well as Russia, Israel and Australia. Whilst you will not have direct line management for the CRAs and other project staff, you will be responsible for their training and motivation, and will help ensure they meet their project and individual targets. In addition you will work with the overall Project Manager to ensure that the company meets the client?s requirements in timescale and to budget.

You must have substantial experience within the international clinical research environment and have excellent knowledge and understanding of clinical drug development and ICH GCP requirements. You will have superior organisational skills, both in terms of your own workload and that of your team, as well as the ability to motivate and integrate remote or virtual teams. With high energy levels, you have good judgment, plenty of common sense and can cope with several problems at once. Your written and spoken English must be excellent; other languages are not essential, but you must be very comfortable working with people of different cultures and languages. You must have a current driving licence and the ability to undertake occasional travel throughout Europe.
