Scientific Head of Process Validation : Based North West : Pharmaceutical Engineering market.

Our client is a leading company with more than thirty years of expertise in the supply of advanced tablet coating systems within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
They are currently seeking a Scientific Head of Process Validation. This role will lead a small team of scientists in a management capacity. The role will also involve overseeing the machines and equipment. The successful candidate will make decisions involved with leading the team. They will also be an interface with the customer developments issue of a scientific nature as well as being a member of the management team strategy formulation.

Preferred requirements:
Minimum basic degree pharmaceutical sciences or related
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in tablet manufacture

The person appointed will need to be confident, tenacious and organised to bring in the results expected. A strong engineering and technical background would be an asset as the incumbent will be dealing with technical machinery.

Salary 40-50K plus company car, dependant on experience/skills

Candidates must live within 1 hour drive from Liverpool.
