Pharmaceutical Customer Support Manager - Based South East : Field/Head Office based role : Salary 37-41K + car + benefits + bonus

Our client is a leading supplier of web based tools and services into the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. They provide a range of specialist data analysis software tools that are sold into the NHS and pharmaceutical industry.

The role of Pharmaceutical Customer Support Manager is to ensure benefits realisation for all customers for our client?s products and to work closely with specific accounts to account manage, train and develop.

Principle Accountabilities:
? Delivering training and support to customers who have purchased our client?s products and services
? Supporting the implementation and integration of our client?s products and services with customers
? Ensuring the contracting process is timely, efficient and effective, by supporting our client?s sales teams
? Providing structured and objective customer training of the our client?s products and services (80% of time should be customer facing)
? Providing Ad Hoc support to customers
? Generating sales leads and working with the sales team to convert sales lead into live contracts
? Delivering Ad Hoc support to customers as required
? Producing information, reports, etc., at the request of the Sales teams to support the sales process
? Developing and delivering high quality customer support services to drive customer satisfaction and re-sign of contract

Essential experience:

? 5+ years key account management and training experience in an NHS or Pharmaceutical role
? Some Clinical knowledge of patient care pathways.
? Excellent analytical skills, must have knowledge of statistical factors in analysis
? Good knowledge of IT systems, Excel and Microsoft Word and familiarity with use of the Internet for searching for information in particular
? High degree of flexibility in working style.
? Low need for management intervention once training and induction has been provided

Other preferred experience:

? Clinical background : i.e. Nurse
? Management and Leadership experience
? Handling complex projects
? Experience within the NHS, within a PCT, Acute trust, SHA or allied NHS body
