An International Medical Communications Agency based in the North West has the exceptional opportunity for a motivated and driven Clients Services Director to join the team. Based in a countryside location in a converted mill you will have the opportunity to have significant input into International business, especially in the Eastern Asian market where the company are looking to expand on significantly this year.
As a Client Services Director you will be the main contact for key pharmaceutical clients ensuring projects are completed to their expectations and standards. This will involved International travel to visit clients and attend conferences and symposia where necessary. KOL development, business development and maintaining client relationships are all key responsibilities of this role.
To be considered for the Client Services Director position you will ideally have a strong science background with excellent commercial awareness. Candidates with experience liaising with clients either in a Medical Communications Agency or Pharmaceutical environment would be ideal for this role.
