London - Account Director for Online Fieldwork Agency - Healthcare - City
This is an uncommon and privileged opportunity to join an International Fieldwork Agency who specialise in online, medical surveys and panels through out the US and Europe. The company wishes to appoint a new Account Director to help meet current demand and maintain tremendous sales growth.
This is a very challenging role but the potential rewards are extremely favourable. The chief objective of this position is to identify and build new account whilst at the same time provide outstanding client service and nurturing future business from existing accounts. You will need to have a proven track record of business/client development success with the ability to network and build strong relationships with clients.
You should have a winning mentality, the drive and determination to perform and the ambition to be the best business development manager in the field.
In your first year you will be responsible for 6-7 accounts for which you will be required to build new business, convert customer awareness into sales contracts and nurture stronger relationships, generating increased revenues from existing accounts. You will also be working closely with the Managing Director in order to help implement marketing campaigns in sequence with current promotional strategies. Customer satisfaction is a major part of this role and you will be fully accountable for all of your client accounts. It will therefore be your responsibility to liaise with clients and help guide Project Managers in order to ensure effective working practices and ensure clients are satisfied.
