Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales manager ready to step up to the challenge of heading up a UK sales force?

In this role you will lead a committed and stable professional sales team to achieve their annual sales targets. Managing through, and working closely with, two Regional Business Managers, you will develop sales plans and ensure all metrics are achieved whilst at all times observing both the letter and the spirit of ABPI standards. You will host regular sales meetings to provide feedback and communication to the sales team, celebrating success and addressing issues. You will ensure that all members of the sales department have regular and appropriate training, and written and meaningful continuous development plans. In this role you will be an active member of the country management team, and you will contribute to the UK affiliate strategic and operational planning process and annual budget planning.

You must have several years? experience of pharmaceutical sales, ideally in oncology, but certainly in specialist hospital products. You must have previous experience of managing a pharmaceutical sales team in the UK market. You will have developed a network of UK hospital specialists and key opinion leaders, and will be able to demonstrate consummate relationship building skills at all levels. You will have at least a first degree in a life science or similar, and have the personal gravitas and broader business interests to become a successful member of the country management team.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK, as well as be able to travel freely throughout Europe to be considered for this role.
