European Clinical Trainer - Cambridge - excellent salary + benefits

Are you a clinical trainer with at least two years? training experience combined with several years? international clinical research experience seeking to expand your career with a global organisation?

In this role you will work with the Clinical Training Manager and manage the day to day activities of a number of seconded clinical trainers in order to ensure that the company?s clinical operations staff in Europe, Israel, South Africa and Australia are trained and developed in the skills and knowledge they need for their jobs. You will plan, develop, track and deliver training for new and existing staff, as well as training trainers and super users in the company?s systems. Although your role will primarily focus on the above countries, you will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues in the US to develop global programmes and initiatives.

You must have substantial experience within the international clinical research environment and have excellent knowledge and understanding of clinical drug development and ICH GCP. You must be a graduate in a medical or scientific field, and training and/or management qualifications would be an advantage. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential, as is experience in the use and training delivery of Clinical Systems. Your written and spoken English must be excellent; other languages are not essential, but you must be very comfortable working with people of different cultures and languages. The position is based in Cambridge, and whilst there will be occasional travel it does not feature hugely in this role.
