Director of International Quantitative Research : Thames Valley : Market Research : Excellent Opportunity


The client is a specialist life science consultancy firm in the areas of strategic market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting and consulting.

The Company provides an end-to-end service using current and future market insights to provide actionable recommendations, quantify opportunities or to measure returns on investments. The position has arisen due to expansion.

The role will involve 60% project management, 30% business development and 10% admin.

Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects commissioned to your group. You will also be developing new offerings in your area as well as managing and building relationships with international vendors and field agencies. You will also be responsible for developing client-based services and control management of services to the international client base.

To be considered you will ideally have an advanced degree in Statistics, preferably combined with Life science with relevant market research and marketing experiences. The successful applicant should have close to 5 years experience as a medical quantitative international market research professional from agency side. Experience in designing international studies and a master user of multivariate techniques such as Choice Task, and all other forms of conjoint CBC, ACA & SIMALTO. A detailed understanding of market research, business analytics and/or business consulting with a proven track record is essential.

You will also need experience of management with entrepreneurial flare, a go getters attitude and the ability to mentor, train and give feedback to your staff.
