Assistant Clinical Operations Manager : Bellshill, Scotland : competitive salary and excellent benefits

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the line management, selection, training, coaching and performance management of the CRAs and support staff in your team. You will be accountable for the general competence, organisation and SOP/WPD compliance of this group to ensure achievement of the project deliverables.

You must have good people management and coaching/mentoring skills to be able to pass on your own experience to your team. With a life science degree or equivalent level of training, you must have around 3-4 years experience as a CRA, and other clinical research experience in addition will be an advantage. You will have good working knowledge of ICH GCP and FDA guidelines, and medical/ therapeutic areas. You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK as required, and a driving licence and passport are essential.
