This award winning top 5 communications consultancy is seeking to expand its senior team with a creative and talented professional who shares its values.
In this role you will be responsible for leading your team on client accounts, actively supporting the culture of continuous improvement which enables people to create and implement exciting and award winning campaigns. You will coach and undertake formal line management responsibility for junior team members and support them to develop fulfilling careers within the consultancy and beyond. This is a senior management role, and you will participate in the AD forum and make a contribution to the wider consultancy; additionally you will play a financial role within the consultancy, profitably managing your portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and leading new business pitches, and learning about running a business.
You must have experience in at least one of the areas covered by the consultancy: UK ethical healthcare; International programmes; Consumer health programmes; NHS Consulting; Direct to patient communications. In addition, you must share the values of the organisation and demonstrate a passion for excellence, be people driven, committed to scientific evaluation and strategic execution. The organisation is absolutely committed to the development of its team and as a senior line manager you must demonstrate your own commitment in this area.
