A vibrant, full service Healthcare communications agency with offices in Chiswick and Marlow require and exceptional Account Director to join their buoyant and expanding business. The company specialises in delivering high profile public and professional relations campaigns, medical education, advertising, disease awareness campaigns and market research to a solid portfolio of pharmaceutical clients.

Due to the continual growth and expansion of the company, a position has arisen for an Account Director to lead and co-ordinate some major accounts. You will be responsible for exercising communications strategies using press, television, radio, web, email, direct mail, meetings and telephone and ensuring that they exceed client expectations. You will also assume the responsibility for the motivation and development of your key team members and take proactive approach to the development of the agency.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working successfully within a similar environment. A Healthcare or Life science s degree is absolutely essential. Several years working in a Healthcare PR or Medical Communications as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager would be considered ideal. You will be highly competent in publication planning, conference organizing, writing, editing and chairing and running KOL Advisory boards.
