Hostel manager needed

The responsibilities would include -

* Day-to-day running of the Astor Hostel Building
* At the front desk of teh Hostel from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but as this is a live-in position they would be responsible for the hostel 24/7
* Hiring Hostel Staff, training of staff
* Hostel staff Wages and weekly banking
* Placing orders for teh Hostel breakfast and cleaning
* Dealing with Hostel allocations, bookings and emails as well as with guests
* Including the cleaning staff, they would be responsible for 8-10 Hostel staff members
* Allocations on Hostel world, Hostel bookers, Travelstay . Hostel mania, Auberge.co.uk




Their pay structure is as follows

* Hostel Accommodation included
* £250 per week after taxes
* Hostel Bonus schemes and competition rewards of between £10 and £70 per week
