E-Marketing Manager - Kent, Salary £30,000
My Client is leader in Holiday Add-ons, (Airport Parking, Hotels and Theatre/Theme Park breaks) they now employ 900 people across the UK & Germany. They now have an opening for an E-marketing manager to joint this fantastic group.
Main duties:
? Outline multi channel brand strategies to align with business objectives
? Coordinate innovative and exciting marketing campaigns
? Define effective marketing strategies to develop long term customer retention and increase their value to the business.
? Oversee all Marketing activity for Directs, Intermediary and Agents for your brands
? Successfully manage small teams to ensure delivery of results.
Responsibilities:
? Brand strategy
? Ensure the balance is struck between brand and SEO with the content team.
? Understand our customers and their behavior, developing customer profiles.
? Campaign management, focusing on customer acquisition rate and customer retention rate.
? Knowing the numbers. i.e set budgets and analyse market trends
Applicants must have:
? At least 6 years Marketing Experience/relevant degree/industry experience
? Extensive Project Management skills.
? Excellent people and relationship management skills.
? Ability to adapt to change in a highly fluid market.
? A solid technical knowledge.
? Ecommerce experience.
