Services Product Marketing Manager : Reading - £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Purpose of the Job:

Product Marketing Development for our Managed and Technical Support offerings to build on strategic growth plans, supporting the Global Services teams with tools and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan for services
? Developing, updating and managing sales tools including (but not restricted to) Sales presentations, brochures, datasheets, whitepaper, contracts, presentations, sales guides, internal success stories, reference stories, web-cast
? Conducting market research (MSS), competitive analysis and Price Benchmarking
? Implementing partner sales readiness
? Undertaking internal trainings, promotion and communication
? Developing and monitoring campaigns
? Managing the lifecycle of technical support and managed services from strategic planning to tactical activities
? Co-ordinating Product Services Champions from International locations

Key Skills & Experience

? Strong experience in a Services Marketing capacity
? Good understanding of Internet security technology with preferably some experience in the industry
? Exposure to sales environment, e.g. pre-sales
? Project management of product and/or service roll-out
? Proven Services Marketing ability
? Understanding of the principles of Internet security products
? Awareness & evangelist for Services
? Excellent business writing and numerical skills
? Effective use of Microsoft Office applications
? Appreciation of business process
? Effective communication with excellent presentation and training skilled
? Bid management skills and RFP experience is desirable
