My client is a market analysis and business intelligence company providing published reports, custom research and consulting for multi-national clients across a number of industry sectors from Logistics and Distribution through to FMCG and Professional Services.

An opportunity has arisen for a Researcher to join the team. Specific responsibilities include: Development, contribution to, and production of current and future companies product portfolio. This includes, where required, Research reports, database products and consultancy projects.

Enhance understanding and implications of key industry issues, keep up to date with industry developments and manage all internal communication of product development issues. Build relationships with companies across the supply chain to conduct primary and secondary research with key industry personnel, utilising and finding both established and new information sources. Develop commercial awareness. Understand client requirements and meet these needs with the delivery of accurate results. Support sales and marketing efforts, assisting with lead generation, marketing, PR copy and business development ideas.

Willingness to learn and grasp industry concepts. Ability to write clearly and effectively. Commercial awareness and sales support skills. Conduct primary and secondary research with key industry utilising information sources.
