Marketing Manager - Near Chester - Circa £ 45000 + Bens

Market leader and major player in the business services sector have a new opportunity for a creative and energetic marketer to drive their marketing activity and manage a team of 4 marketing executives.

Reporting to the MD and working closely with the Sales Director the successful candidate will be proactive in creating and delivering a steady flow of campaigns through multiple channels.

The primary nature of this role is to drive inbound enquiries from potential new clients increasing conversion rates and lowering client acquisitions costs. Innovation and creativity is key but also is the ability to make validated recommendations to the Directors.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years experience as an account manager/director for a marketing agency and have experience managing teams to meat tight deadlines. This is a busy and challenging role offering excellent rewards.
