Marketing Executive - Putney

Package: £23-30k, Pension & Private healthcare

A leading supplier of software licensing and IT services is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will have a wide range of roles which will expand with their experience in the role, ultimately having the opportunity to run campaigns from initial consultation with supplier, choice of communication tool, distribution of message and follow up and analysis of campaigns.

Duties:

? Creating joint tactical marketing campaigns with vendor partners, including campaign design, process and report back.
? Oversee design work, ensure it meets company guidelines and creation of mock-ups to guide external designers.
? Monitoring the incoming leads generated to appropriate sales team.
? Creating new e-blasts and managing results from tracked e-blast system ?Constant Contact?.
? Managing administrative details relating to the marketing team budgeting system e.g. updating budget sheets, raising purchase orders, PO from vendors etc.
? Update of company website and creation of the monthly email newsletter.
? Maintaining marketing promotional materials, working with designer and printing house.
? Assisting in administrative work, set up and promotions at exhibitions.
? Liaising with vendor contacts to manage incentives and direct marketing campaigns.
? Manages the communication of vendor incentive programmes in consultation with Sales Managers.
? Manages the purchase of promotional items for marketing.
? Organises sales quarterly meetings : room booking and assisting with PowerPoint presentations.
? Updates marketing database using returned emails or returned price lists.
? Ensures marketing stores are kept organised and brochure stocks are updated.
? Manages marketing collateral from content to design & print.

To be considered you must

? Have good attention to detail and be willing to take initiative while ensuring that daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
? Strong interest and practical experience in a Marketing executive role
? Flexibility and adaptability
? Accuracy and attention to detail including strong proof reading skills
? Ability to confidently multi task
? Creative copywriting skills
? High level of IT literacy
? Competent using Microsoft Office
? Any experience using HTML/Adobe Dreamweaver or Adobe Photoshop would be useful
? Experience of CRM or other customer database applications
? It is preferable that applicants have a qualification in marketing, public relations, journalism, or have graduated in an Arts based degree.
