A superb opportunity has arisen for a Research Manager to join a successful online Market Research consultancy in central London. This growing agency specialises in providing digital consultancy services to a prestigious portfolio of blue chip clients in the Financial, Retail and Travel sectors.

As Research Manager, your key responsibilities will be to design, manage and deliver research projects from conception to completion whilst providing guidance and support to a team of dedicated consultants in Qualitative and Quantitative Market Research techniques. Through detailed analysis, you will deliver insightful recommendations and conclusions in the form of written reports and visual presentations that help support the client team in achieving the objectives set out in the initial briefing and research proposal. You will also work closely with the Account Director to maintain and expand client relationships and new business.

The successful Research Manager should ideally have 3 years Market Research experience and be a graduate in a relevant discipline such as Psychology, Marketing or related subject. You should be comfortable with various Qualitative techniques including depth-interviews, usability testing and focus groups. You will also need to be familiar with Quantitative Research, online panels and surveys. Previous Project Management, Client management, and account handling skills are essential.
