The Company
My client is a prestigious 5 Star hotel chain with branches throughout the world. They are currently experiencing dramatic growth and this has created a vacancy for a marketing professional to manage and administrate all email related activities. Managing data-driven email management tools, making an understanding of working with data is essential.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
? Design of emails in compliance with best practices, writing and editing copy, image editing and testing across different ISPs
? Develop and manage email schedule in line with business requirements and seasonal demand for B2B and B2C
? Press release distribution and online marketing activities.
? Research, understand, segment and grow subscriber database according to guest history and key revenue channels such as booking agents
? Quality assurance of email communications, branding and a keen eye for detail, excellent proof reading and copywriting skills
? Implement accurate reporting of email campaigns, to identify success for future campaigns and to communicate information in a clear way to business stakeholders
? General awareness of online marketing initiatives such as SEO and PPC, website content updates and experience of using Content Management Systems a distinct advantage.
The Person
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of email marketing, ideally from an e-commerce or marketing environment . Candidates must have a keen understanding of internet-based consumer behaviour and marketing principles, combined with strong analytical capabilities. Preferably degree qualified or above.
You should have at least 2 years experience in a similar online environment, knowledge of hospitality industry a distinct advantage. If you are interested in this position please apply today.
