Data Capture Team Leader required : Based Basildon, Essex. Salary circa 20K

Our client is a leading UK health and care information specialist. They publish a range of printed directories, databases and maps. They also produce an innovative online subscription based healthcare reference tool and offer a complete portfolio of marketing services. Our client?s services are designed to facilitate invaluable relationships with both customers and key public sector personnel.

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader with a keen eye for detail, and an aptitude to understand methods of storing and capturing data.

Role responsibilities:
? To project manage the our client?s RPC data entry services
? To oversee and take part in the data capture for all of the our client?s products
? To constantly enhance the quality of the data contained within the database.
? Liaise with other departments to effect good quality control
? To develop and improve procedures in line with data base and NHS developments
? Monitoring target based commission for members of team.
? Manage workflow : via set scheduling.
? Ensuring all deadlines are met.
? Oversee Staff issues and resource.
? Participate in recruitment / Staff Appraisals / CPD / first stage disciplinary. (after qualifying period)
? Train Members of the team.

The successful candidate will be able to prove the following:-

? Ability to work under pressure whilst managing and taking part in multiple research projects.
? Excellent Project and time management skills with the ability to calmly prioritise on a daily basis.
? Excellent communication skills.
? A good analytical approach to tasks with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
? Open Management style with the ability to facilitate and motivate staff to mange their own workload.
? The ability to control and report on quality issues
? Accurate data entry.
? A desire to improve and develop our client?s products.
? Use of excel.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

GCSE level qualifications

Salary 18-20K
