Brand Manager - FMCG - Egham, Surrey

Our client is the UK subsidiary of an international group with a turnover well in excess of
:1Bn. The group produces a premium range of bathroom products for domestic and business
usage The group has a presence in 24 countries and exports to over 80. The group is the
biggest producer in its sector in Europe and employs over 5,500 people.

The UK subsidiary imports product from group factories tailored to UK needs and also sources ancillary products locally. Products are generally bought by end-users from retailers, distributors and wholesalers with some product supplied direct to larger customers.

A great deal of planned incremental business will come from the strengthening of the brand in a premium position in the UK. The UK business now requires a Senior Brand Manager to drive this initiative forward. The position will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all marketing in the UK.

We are keen to consider candidates from all professional brand marketing backgrounds where skills transferable into this premium product environment are evident : ie fmcg, retail, consumer electronics, branded goods etc. Candidates will possess effective track records in channel communications and a tiered approach to customer segmentation and category management.
