An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Client Services Director, planning, developing and managing successful and effective business Strategy projects for a highly prestigious Account for our clients based in Buckinghamshire.

Our client is a leading organisation specialising in the design and implementation of performance improvement and motivational projects for some of the worlds leading names. With their extensive knowledge and results driven approach, their adaptable solutions have earned them the reputation of delivering the highest level of performance and service so much so that they have received numerous awards to prove it!

Due to the successful renewal of this enviable account, our client requires a proactive, forward thinking leader who can add to business strategy and drive his or her team forward delivering the highest levels of service to their client on various projects. Ideally from an agency background you will thrive in a fast paced, highly results driven role where your successful client service/planning strategy experience will make you fundamental to the continued success with this client.


With 3-5 years client side experience and CSI knowledge you will lead the delivery team, motivating, developing and inspiring them to deliver excellent service and you will identify, qualify and close new opportunities within existing accounts, cross selling and up-selling at every opportunity inline with the your account development plan.
