They are currently looking for a sales order processing team leader to join them. Details on this role are as follows;
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Position: Sales Order Processing Team Leader
Duties:
? Management of a small team in a busy sales order processing environment
? Responsible for ensuring that all orders received are accurately and efficiently processed
? Responsible for ensuring that sales invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner
? Responsible for ensuring that appropriate couriers are assigned given the delivery destination and whether goods are of a hazardous nature.
? Responsible for ensuring that export paperwork is correctly prepared and if a letter of credit is involved that all paperwork is prepared consistent with the L/C requirements
? Responsible for ensuring that problems and queries are resolved in a timely manner
? Responsible for ensuring that good relationships are maintained with Production Warehouse for delivery scheduling requirements and all other Company departments as appropriate
? Responsible for ensuring that all contact with customers is professional and efficient
Person Profile
A good team player who is able and willing to undertake any of the tasks of the team members but is also able to see the ?wider picture? in organising the activities of the team and prioritising tasks.
Skills:
? Previous experience in a similar environment
? Team management experience
? Demonstrable practical skills with willing ?hands-on? approach.
? Innovative and keen problem solver.
? Computer literate:
o office/reporting packages
o general keyboard skills
Benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week
Leave: 20 days (with an additional 1 day / year to a maximum of 25 days) plus statutory holidays.
Pension: Stakeholder pension available.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
