Our client is a dynamic and fast growing organisation who provides national services to various blue chip retail companies throughout the UK. Due to a recent re-structure to provide an improved service to their key account customers they are looking to recruit a Regional Manager for the East Sussex and surrounding areas. The successful individual will be responsible for operational performance with regards to the achievement of all service level agreements as dictated by their customers. You will be responsible for managing teams of mobile and in some cases engineers located in customer premises, ensuring full adherence to HR and Health & Safety Policies and procedures. A key area of the role will be to manage, motivate and train and develop a flexible team that will provide the highest standard of service to customers. You will ensure all scheduled and ad hoc requirements are fulfilled within the set timeframes, maximising efficiency of time, mileage and labour resources. Monitor and evaluate the completion of end of job reports and time sheets. Carry out customer site, vehicle and quality audits along with liasing with the store managers and staff to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully manage individuals and plan, manage and develop a team of engineers in a demanding environment. Hours of work are on a Mon to Fri basis and you will be required to manage your own working hours effectively against the core needs of the business.
