Our client industry is Lean Manufacturing and Business Improvement based on its experience of implementing best practice productivity interventions.

They have taken the techniques from the manufacturing industry and applied them to the service industry and public sector. (these include NHS, Hospital Trusts, Councils and the like) Lean

Consultant : Quality Lead

To deliver consultancy and training in the area of Business Process Improvement (BPI) to a range of clients in the public sector
Key skills
?Development and maintenance of quality strategies and systems including but not limited to;
oDevelopment and maintenance of delivery capability systems
oDevelopment and maintenance of Product development quality systems to ensure all products achieve the required standards;
oAnalyse current policies, procedures and practices and ensure continued compliance with relevant industry quality standards, e.g. ISO 9001 producing action plans as reqd
oPlan and facilitate continuous improvement workshops
oProduce training materials
?Monitor and control the development of strategies to improve agreed KPI
?Monitor the production of new products and training material to support new opportunities and ensure advanced product quality planning principles are applied rigorously and consistently
?Audit and monitor impact assessment and benefits realisation
?Quality control of all publicity & marketing materials

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
?Capability to deliver lean training in a variety of sectors
?Strong quality management capabilities
?Good presentation skills
?Understanding of process analysis and work measurement techniques
?Project/programme management experience
?Strong customer relationship management skills

Qualifications & Experience
?Educated to degree level with excellent numeracy skills
?Prince II experience an advantage
?Experience of implementation and management of quality systems including Advanced Product Quality Planning
?Experience in project/programme management
?Experience of leading change within an organisation
