Process Improvement Manager
Salary: c£40,000 plus performance related bonus scheme
Location: South East UK

My client is a Retail Communications Company based in South East England. Their key sales target is to double in size within 3 years. The company has to be efficient to make this happen, hence the reason they are looking to employ a Process Improvement Manager.

The opportunity that exists is for someone to come into the business as a Process Improvement Manager with clear responsibility to define and improve process with a clear understanding that the key KPI for the role will be the tangible cash results from implementing analysed strategies.

From this strategy they need to create a culture that keeps the process rolling and that can leads into Six Sigma being implemented where appropriate.

Requirements:
* Lead, manage and deliver cross-functional and cross-divisional improvement projects
* Deliver process improvements in critical business areas across relevant Divisions
* The ability to positively influence all colleagues at the company to ensure that activities are receiving the necessary support and are resourced sufficiently to implement solutions.
* In-depth understanding and experience in the use of advanced SI tools and techniques (process mapping, process management, lean manufacturing, 6 sigma)
* Project Management expertise - essential
* It is not a necessity but if you have print experience it would be much more beneficial. They are looking for a very committed person and are willing to put together a very powerful and compelling results based package.

The right candidate will be confident, articulate, organised, commercial and, as a preference though not a necessity, have a business degree. The key characteristics will be passion, enthusiasm and a clear team player.

This is a tough assignment that will be demanding and extremely rewarding.

Please send you full CV and covering letter explaining why you should be considered to sarah@globeltd.net
