PRODUCTION TEAM LEADERS - Wiltshire - Salary - £ 16,813 - £22,800.

This is a role in a dynamic UK automotive company.

Reporting to: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

" Oversee the day to day operation of their respective Production Area.
" Support achievement of Department goals and objectives and action plans to achieve them for their Team.
" Lead dedicated teams to ensure effective implementation of equipment, manpower, training and quality.
" Control and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all Event Builds.
" Effective liaison with support departments and external organizations during implementation and ramp up to ensure all KPIs are achieved.
" Maintain positive working atmosphere
o Leadership of associates including discipline, attendance and enforcement of company policies
o Ensure Associate development and involvement is encouraged to create a skilled, flexible and motivated workforce.
" Provide leadership to dedicated teams to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
" Enforcement of Health & Safety Practices

Person Specification:

Essential:
" Previous leadership experience at Team Leader / Lead Associate / Leading Hand or above.
" Good communication and man management skills.
" Proven record of achieving through people and systems.
" Computer literate.

Desirable:
" Previous experience in a similar role
" Automotive / Manufacturing Experience, although the ability to lead and develop Associates is the essential factor.
" Previous experience of setting and monitoring of goals and performance.
" Experience of working autonomously and through teams.
" The desire to develop an organization from concept through to maturity in a short space of time.

The salary is £16,813 basic.
Attendance bonus will be added (on top) at £20 a week.
Shift Allowance is 10% early, 20% late shift & 30% Nights.
