Mechanical Fitter

£7.50 to £8.00 per hour + travel payment + overtime

The company

We are the UKs leader in the design, manufacture and supply of waste recycling machinery. Our extensive range of machines handles all types of waste from wood, cans and plastics to metal and household refuse, and includes: paper and waste baling presses paper shredders and conditioners conveyors rotar shears MRF, MSW and C&D systems. Due to increase is in business they are required semi skilled fitters to help them develop there business and ensure there high quality products continue to lead the way in there market place.
The Role
The role consists of multi discipline fitter using assembly skills, cutting skills and welding skills. The work is varied with all products bespoke for the end user.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have had experience of working within and engineering department demonstrating the ability to read drawings, using power tools as well welding skills, although desirable welding skill are not essential
