MATERIAL SERVICES COORDINATOR - Wiltshire - Salary - £ 22,500 - £25,875.

This is a role in a dynamic UK automotive company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

" To monitor, check and coordinate key aspects necessary to ensure that the teams (within the area) achieve standards and targets
" To lead and coordinate activities of the teams to ensure high standards of safety, 5s and associates well being
" To take the necessary actions to resolve problems and implement activities in order to achieve objectives and improvements

Skills / Experience:

" Exceptional communication skills

" Excellent organisational & planning skills

" Strong team management experience

" Warehouse experience

" Inventory control experience

" Production experience

" Excellent problem solving ability

" Ability to recognize areas for improvement and put into practice

" PC Skills - Excel & Access (minimum intermediate level)

" Flexibility

The salary is £22,500
Shift allowance if on permanent lates.
No overtime
Shift Allowance: early 10% and lates 20%.
Shifts are Early: 06:00 to 14:20, Lates 15:30 to 23:50 & Days 08:00 to 16:20
