COMMERCIAL/CONTRACT CHANGE MANAGER
My client is one of the fastest growing telecommunication and network solutions providers in the world. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a dedicated, innovative Commercial / Contract Change Manager to work with both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
** Provide a point of contact to customers on commercial issues and ensure timely feedback on actions & queries. This will involve interpreting and agreeing details of contracts ensuring that all contractual and commercial obligations are met by all parties to guarantee accurate implementation and ongoing control of contract change and other mechanisms.
** Continuous communication with programme/project managers to review financial risks to the business
** Continuously promote the visibility of the overall change management process to ensure that all CR?s follow the same defined process.
** Organise and chair the Change Control Board meetings every week for all Programmes
** Assume commercial responsibility for the Contract Price Book (SEL) which is the basis for pricing Change Requests. This will involve a monthly review of the SEL, agreeing and adjusting prices as necessary and resolving disputes. Interface with Finance on invoice queries.
** Work closely with the team to ensure relevant Terms and Conditions of Prime Contracts are understood and accepted by Subcontractors/Partners
** Build and maintain professional and mutually beneficial working relationships with both senior and working level personnel
Knowledge and Requirements:
Candidates should possess relevant experience in Contract Change Management in a corporate environment combined with a good academic background and first class client facing skills, ideally from within a fast-moving Telco environment.
Ideally you will have:
** Strong people and commercial skills.
** A keen eye for detail and follow through
** Have strong demonstrable change management/commercial experience.
** Have good implementation and monitoring skills across multiple product lines/lifecycles/projects with integration into the Programme Management Office.
** Have strong commercial experience of cost estimation, calculation, schedule development and impact analysis of change proposals using agreed/standard methodology.
