Title: Maintenance Engineer (Part-time)

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: £9,000

Job Description

Our client is a leading supplier of pasta products to major retailers. You will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance in accordance to the Engineering department schedule.
To plan and carryout routine lubrication and greasing of all process lines, production machines, including mixers, roller makers and Pasta forming machines.
To ensure that maintenance procedures and standards comply with H.A.S.A.W.A and fulfil customer requirements.
To inform the Engineering Team Leaders and Supervisor of non-compliance of safety, company procedures and H.A.S.A.W.A

The ideal candidate will have experience and familiarity of production machinery, lubrication routine and process equipment.

Accountabilities-
To be accountable for lubrication and maintaining production machinery
To ensure that health and safety is adhered to in line with Company policy
To document all maintenance carried out
General housekeeping when working on machinery
Completion of daily tasks to ensure equipment etc is prepared and available for the next day?s production
To ensure cleaning is completed
To report any machinery faults
To ensure all lubricants, grease and tools are maintained and available
