My Client is a dynamic and genuine Design & Installation company. Due to increase in business they now require a Mechanical HVAC Maintenance Manager to work within there company.

Ideally you will have extensive experience within the HVAC Industry, People Management Experience and the
appropriate Qualifications.

The maintenance must be tailored to the working practices and culture of the client and its staff as to avoid minimal disruption.

You will be ultimately be responsible for overseeing the entire Maintenance team and be responsible for Planned and Re-active Maintenance schedules on a full national coverage scale.

Some duties included are:

Mechanical and electrical maintenance
Intelligent controls and BMS maintenance and bureau service
Thermography inspections
Life cycle costing reports
Dilapidations and asset management strategies
Energy management
