My Client is an international leader in their market and specializes in the manufacturing of components for the Aerospace Industry.

STATUS: CNC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
SHIFTS: 2 WEEKS DAYS AND 2 WEEKS NIGHTS
PAY: £25K BASIC + SHIFT ALLOWANCE + BENEFITS

Reporting to the Plant services manager you will be an experienced maintenance engineer with formal qualifications. You will need to be flexible to work a variety of shifts

Key Duties

● React to machine breakdowns in a professional manner.
● Work to PPM schedules.
● Work as part of a team and have the ability to work alone.

The Person

● Formal Qualification with 16th edition installation wiring regulation.
● Several years experience as a shift based electrical maintenance
● Formal qualifications / experience of CNC machining centres in particular Siemens, Hiedenhein, and Fanuc.
● Formal qualification / experience in AD/ DC servo drives.
● Sound pneumatics experience.
● Sound hydraulics experience.
● Sound mechanical experience (rebuilding of spindles, diagnosing problems)
● Comfortable working as part of a team as well as being self motivated.
