With more than 100 years of experience they provide a total life cycle of care for a facility, including the design, build and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, then the ongoing maintenance of these services and the provision of integrated facilities management.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to work on behalf of one of their prestigious clients at Exchange Quay, Salford which is a multi tenanted site.

Skills and Qualifications required??

Reporting to the Site Supervisor the ideal candidate will provide all building maintenance activities including basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and joinery tasks. You must have no objection to dirty/unsavoury tasks, ensuring the site is clean and tidy at all times. You will also be required to perform maintenance tasks on all associated equipment i.e. relamping, water quality and filter changing etc. Candidates should be time served within building maintenance, be able to demonstrate working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and joinery tasks and have been in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. You must be able to demonstrate good inter-personal and customer relationship skills and have excellent written communications.
