OFTEC qualification would be advantageous

The Job
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the purpose of this role is to react to customer issues by carrying out service and repair work on gas appliances and demonstrate the skill to resolve customers issues in a swift, successful and diplomatic manner regardless of the circumstances.

Territory

The area to be covered will encompass the counties between Birmingham and the Scottish borders.

The Role:

·To be an ambassador for the client, increasing customers satisfaction with their products and service.
·To be at all time smart and courteous whilst carrying out this important task in a professional manner.
·To be responsible for ensuring the vehicle supplied is also kept in a clean and tidy condition.
·To carry out in-guarantee (usually 2 years) fault finding and rectification work on all of the products in our portfolio
·To document and report on all calls and problems identified in the field to the technical department
·To ensure the end users safety in accordance with all the relevant regulations for installation and use
·To visit retailers showrooms in the off season to ensure all their issues are resolved and our products are in the best possible condition.
