Commercial Contracts Manager : West Yorkshire or West Midlands
A leading supplier IT software & Service solutions within the public sector market, require a Commercial Contracts Manager to provide more resource to the current Commercial Department which is responsible for ensuring their trading relationships are on a sound contractual and legal basis.
In execution of your duties, you will:
? Respond to contractual elements of PQQs, ITTs and other proposals.
? Assist with contract negotiations with Customers and Suppliers.
? Draft terms and conditions and customer / supplier model contracts (with help from Commercial Manager or external lawyer if necessary)
? Act as first port of call on contractual and legal matters relating to customer and supplier contracts.
To be considered you must possess:
? Experience of writing commercial contracts within the ICT market
? Experience of identifying & mitigating Risks within commercial contracts agreements
? Any experience working within the public sector would be advantageous
