Solicitor - Oxford - up to 50k - pension and private health care

We are looking for a solicitor as part of the continued development of our clients corporate support department in Oxford, to supplement the current team and to exploit the opportunities available.
The role involves assisting two partners, handling all forms of corporate and commercial transactions, trading agreements and IT matters. This is a busy department with a good flow of deals and an opportunity to become a "trusted adviser" to a wide range of SME owners. Clients range from UK operations of multinational groups to early stage entrepreneurial companies. There is a strong ethos of knowledge sharing in the department.
The successful highly motivated candidate would be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills and relish the challenges of delivering a high quality service.
