Personal Injury Fee Earner - Harlow - salary £18K - £28K(doe)


Our client is a long established civil law practice providing specialist services in disciplines such as Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Tax Planning and Commercial Law. Their Personal Injury department provides the professional assistance needed to support people through the claims process, for situations such as obtaining compensation for pain and suffering, providing reimbursement for loss of earnings and funding for medical treatment, equipment and care.
They currently have a requirement for a Personal Injury Fee Earner. The ideal candidate would be a Legal Executive, or Paralegal, with around 2 years experience of running their own claimant caseload, covering employer liability, public liability, occupational liability and road traffic accidents. Candidates without a legal qualification, who have suitable experience of handling a claimant caseload, may also be considered.
