Our client based in Abingdon currently have a requiremnt for an experienced Legal Secretary to work in theyre Conveyancing Department.
Ideal candidates will have a mimimum of 50 words per minute Audio Typing and will ideally have experiemce within a simiolar envioronment.
Duties will include:
· To undertake a full range of secretarial duties.
· To maintain fee earners diary if required and liaise regarding appointments.
· To produce accurate and presentable letters and documentation as directed.
· To ensure proper procedures are maintained in respect of P4W / the precedent bank.
· To take and receive telephone messages and make and take calls as directed.
· To ensure that notes and messages are recorded on the file or given to appropriate fee earner as soon as possible.
· To turn secretarial work over swiftly and accurately.
· To assist other secretaries with overload as directed.
· To seek work and assist with general office duties at those times when your workload is up to date.
· To undertake photocopying and filing, preparation of post and other related tasks including reception duties as necessary.
