Our client is an international company based in Bristol that helps other companies become international, They advise on tax, HR, Legal and a whole raft of other potential minefields to their clients. They are seeking interest from a suitably qualified legal mind to become legal counsel. The role is based at the company head offices in Bristol

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the business by providing advice on a variety of matters as well as drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts;
Drafting official documents issued by the company;
Ensuring the legal compliance of the company?s activity;
Monitoring and ensuring the compliance with the company?s internal policy related to legal issues;
Dealing with corporate issues;
Maintaining the relationship with the official authorities and obtaining the necessary certificates;
Support for the HR Department with respect to labour law issues;
Providing overall legal support and consultancy to the other departments of the company;
Co-ordinating with external law firms and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practice areas such as IPR law, IT law, contract law, company law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law and EU law etc;
Legal transaction support to other European platforms will also be required as needed, especially to Ireland.

Requirements
1-2 years of experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company;
Excellent command of English (legal English);
Minimum of Bachelor degree in Law;
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills together with a strong commercial sense required;
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and fluency in English
Computer skills required: word, excel, databases, PowerPoint and outlook
Patience and good skills of communication
