The Real Estate Practice area includes a small team of specialists who deal almost exclusively with development property transactions for house
builders. Clients range from ?household names? to smaller developers and our development team has a reputation for highly effective, innovative,
responsive and friendly service.
It is intended that the postholder will, depending on experience, deal directly with development clients and be accustomed to running their own files, generating their own correspondence and using IT extensively. Assisting the senior manager with site assembly matters and infrastructure agreements
The main areas of work comprise of Assisting the senior manager and partners as directed with preparing sites ready for plot selling in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with the clients and their consultants and obtaining and co-ordinating all necessary information.
Key Areas,
An understanding of residential, preferably new home, property transactions and procedures gained in either a legal or developer base
Ideally 5 years? recent experience of working in-house or for a volume house builder of national or regional status. Alternative experience of residential property would be less appropriate but would be useful as would other systems based or administrative duties. High level of IT literacy : able to generate own correspondence and able to move confidently around an integrated office suite and move information between different systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills : both verbal and written.
