In-House Legal Advisor - Full Time (Part time may be considered)

Salary : up to £60,000 Location: Midlands

Company Car, Private Healthcare, and Management Bonus of up to 20%.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified in-house legal expert, who will offer legal advice to the Board on a variety of Employment issues.
Our client is a leading name in their field and has a varied and interesting workforce employed over multiple locations nationally. Predominantly with a specialisation in the Employment Law field, you will be offering representation at tribunals and providing advice and training to managers and other senior employees in such areas as Employment Law and Disciplinary, Grievance and Discrimination best practice.

You will hold full responsibility for policy writing and will need strong communication and negotiation skills to gain buy in from a variety of levels of individuals and organisations, including trade unions.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with an in-depth knowledge of employment law. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of representing companies at tribunals.
You will be comfortable with training, policy advice and interdepartmental liaison. You should have strong communication skills and be able to use these skills to liaise with and influence people at all levels within the organisation.
