Float Secretary : Southampton
Our client requires a float secretary to join their team based in Southampton.
To be considered for the post all applicants will have Legal experience in order to be able to cover a variety of disciplines and need to be supported by competent IT skills.
The role will consist mainly of audio-typing; file management, client contact and diary management.
The successful candidate must be flexible, confident but approachable and professional with excellent organisational skills.
Skills required are as follows:
Accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm+
At least intermediate+ of Word, Outlook, Excel
GCSE Maths, English
Previous experience of Audio typing.
