Life Insurance Principal Advisor : London - £Top Salary + Bens

My client is a leading provider of professional services, including Audit, Tax + Advisory Services. In the Business Performance Services team, you?ll be working with clients to identify + help them to realise value within their business. This may involve working on business strategy, identifying new markets, streamlining processes, improving customer service + managing complex change.

We work across a variety of industry segments including corporate & investment banking, investment management, retail banking, general insurance + life insurance. The team has grown over the last two years + its continued success in the market has led to a number of new positions for candidates with experience in one or more of the following competency areas: Project Management: Helping our clients to deliver successful projects + programmes; Strategic Change: Working with our clients on a range of strategic issues - identifying opportunities for delivering greater value from their business + supporting them in realising this value; Process & Functional Change; Assisting our clients to assess + improve existing business processes or functions, to measure the potential benefit + to implement the required changes; Customer Product & Channel Management: Creating competitive advantage solutions by defining + implementing leading edge customer, product + channel solutions. You should have the following exp:- A substantial amount of exp working for a major advisory practice with Life Insurance or industry experience preferably running a distribution operation; Excellent knowledge of the core products, processes + distribution channels for Life; A finance background is desirable; A proven track record in delivering high quality project, work-stream or assignment outputs. The role involves the following:- Taking a lead role in executing large client programmes, delivering the highest quality service to our clients, meeting + exceeding their expectations; Developing new client relationships + helping to enhance the reputation of my client as advisor of first choice; Playing a lead role in helping to develop our core propositions, products + services to meet client needs; Taking a key role in the growth of the team + supporting the development of other team members; Managing your own development in accordance with agreed personal + team goals.
