THE PERSON:
? Ideal candidates will be educated to A-Level standard and be able to demonstrate the key skills required for outstanding customer service with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
? A dynamic and driven character with a high attention to detail. You will have excellent negotiation skills and ability to prioritise and organise your work load. You will be a composed, patient character and a hard working team player.

SAMPLE KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
? To arrange and secure appropriate cover at renewal at a competitive premium, completing all relevant documentation in line with FSA guidelines
? Provide day to day contact for clients
? Ensure that all advice and operations remain compliant
? Take enquiries at via the telephone and over the branch counter including new business quotations, installment payment, claims, mid term adjustments and general queries.
