Would you like to work for one of the largest employers in the Bournemouth area? Our client is looking for candidates to manage, coach, motivate and develop a team of advisors to advise or administer Insurance products and associated services. You will need to be able to do the following:-
?Drive sales and/or service performance. Motivate, encourage and lead team to achieve targets and business objectives.
?Develop team members by delivering regular monitoring, coaching and feedback on all aspects of performance. Identify and assess individuals training needs and act on knowledge gaps.
?Review and manage team member?s productivity, performance and behaviours using the performance review system.
?Responsible for ensuring team members are competent in all aspects of their role. Focused on delivering quality, value adding contacts and transactions that eliminate re-work.
?Ensure own competence as required by the Training and Competence Scheme and manage the team in accordance with the Training and Competence Scheme.
?Handle and manage customer complaints in accordance with the complaint management system.
?Operate within the agreed operational systems (i.e. call centre management and processes) of the business at all times
?Ensure effective, impactful and consistent communication within the team, and all relevant areas of the business
?Responsible for ensuring the teams level of technical knowledge is up to date and act as a referral point for team to resolve underwriting and product technical queries
?Monitor individual and team adherence to physical call centre security inline with company policy and procedure, in order to mitigate the risk of financial crime.
